"The motive is that I was once brutally disfigured by using Zeltiq’s CoolSculpting system which did the contrary of what it promised. It increased, no longer decreased, my fats cells and left me completely deformed even after present process two painful, unsuccessful, corrective surgeries," she wrote.

"I have been left, as the media has described, 'unrecognizable.'"

"CoolSculpting" is a beauty therapy that guarantees to "freeze away undesirable fat." It is produced by way of the pharmaceutical company, Allergan.
